PRE AND POST CONTRACT CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF SADC STANDBY FORCE REGIONAL LOGISTICS DEPOT AT RASESA, GABORONE, BOTSWANA
The Southern African Development Community (SADC) invites Tenders for the provision of Pre-Contract and Post-Contract Building Construction Consultancy Services for the proposed construction of SADC Standby Force Regional Logistics Depot at Rasesa, Gaborone, Botswana.
The Tender is open to Consortium of Building Construction Consultants from SADC member states only. The Consultants forming the Consortium must be registered companies under various professions. The works involves preparation of designs, seeking approvals, tender documentation and construction supervision. Advertisement and award of the construction tender will be done by SADC.
Tender Terms of Reference, number, SADC / RLD CONST / 01, prescribing the Technical, Financial and other submission requirements are attached. Also attached are the soft copy templates for returnable documents.
There will be a compulsory site visit and briefing on 25 June 2019, at 10:00 hours. Please note that consortiums that fail to send a representative to this compulsory site visit will automatically be disqualified, as noted in the Tender Terms of Reference.
