Deepening regional integration in the SADC region remained the central focus in 2018/19 Financial Year. Concerted efforts were made not only to drive the agenda towards implementation of the medium-term economic and social policies being implemented across the different areas but to take stock of progress being made towards regional integration. Such efforts were guided by the Regional Indicative Strategic Development Plan (RISDP), which is a comprehensive development and implementation framework guiding the integration agenda of SADC over a period of fifteen years (2005-2020)
