The Secretariat prepares the Annual Corporate Plan annually in line with Regulation 26 of the SADC Financial Regulations (March 2022) and Section 4.2.1 (iii) of the SADC Policy on Strategy Development, Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting (SPMER Policy, 2020). The Annual Corporate Plan is approved by Council in August to facilitate implementation of the planned outputs in the following Financial Year, which runs from April 1 to March 31.
