Nr.2	Reference Tender Document page 19 0f 17. Is the Bills of Quantities, BoQ , to be filled and submitted together with technical proposal and counted as a financial proposal.	BoQ must be filled and submitted and will add on to financial proposal. BoQ is part of financial proposal
Nr.3	While the duration is to be proposed by the bidder, could you provide an estimated project timeline expected by SADC.	The bidder is supposed to propose timelines because you are the experts in the field. In assistance to that we may say that 8 months should be enough for the assignment
