INVITATION TO TENDER
CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE WORK AT THE SADC REGIONAL PEACEKEEPING TRAINING CENTRE IN HARARE, ZIMBABWE.
The Southern African Development Community (SADC) invites the below listed tenders from building construction contractors to undertake various construction and maintenance works at the SADC Regional Peacekeeping Training Centre in Harare , Zimbabwe. The tenders are open to companies from SADC member states only.
1. TENDER NO: SADC / RPTC / GDSH / 01: Construction of Guard House and Borehole Shades for SADC Regional Peacekeeping Training Centre: Building Construction Contractors
2. TENDER NO: SADC / RPTC / RENGSH / 01: Renovation of the Guest House for SADC Regional Peacekeeping Training Centre: Building Construction Contractors
3. TENDER NO: SADC / RPTC / RENAES / 01: Renovation and Upgrading the Aesthetics of the Main Entrance for SADC Regional Peacekeeping Training Centre: Building Construction Contractors
4. TENDER NO: SADC / RPTC / ELMEC / 01: Rehabilitation of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Services for SADC Regional Peacekeeping Training Centre. Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Services Contractor.
5. TENDER NO: SADC / RPTC / TOPMAP / 01: Topographical Survey and Mapping for SADC Regional Peacekeeping Training Centre. Land Surveying Company
Tender Documents, prescribing the Technical, Financial and other submission requirements are attached.
There will be a compulsory site visit and briefing at the SADC RPTC offices in Harare, Zimbabwe, on 15 October 2019, at 09:00 hours. Please note that companies that fail to send a representative to this compulsory site visit will automatically be disqualified, as noted in the Tender Documents. Sealed Tenders should be addressed and delivered as prescribed in the terms of reference.
