The MINISTRY OF COMMERCE, INDUSTRY AND TRADE invites proposals from qualified firms to provide the following consulting services: procurement & IMPLEMENTATION of an electronic document management SYSTEM to ensure efficient and effective recordS management - SADC/TRF/2017/1/17. More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference.
