It is anticipated that there will be two optional awards
1. Option 1: One award covering supply and delivery to all countries.
2. Option 2: Multiple awards - awards covering individual or multiple country supply and deliveries.
Issuance of this Request for Proposals does not constitute an award commitment on the part of E8 nor does it commit E8 to pay for costs incurred in the preparation and submission of a proposal.
