INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
(Authorized under Section 24(2)(a) of the Public Procurement Act 2006)
EOI for Consultancy Services for the Preparation of the EIA/PER, Detail Design and Preparation of Complete Tender Dossier for the Construction of Cattle, Pig and Ovine Slaughterhouse in Mauritius.
1. In line with the Construction of a new Slaughtering Plant in Mauritius, the Ministry of Agro Industry and Food Security (MOAIFS) is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of consultancy services for the preparation of the EIA/PER, Detail Design and Preparation of Complete Tender Dossier for the Construction of Cattle, Pig and Ovine Slaughterhouse in Mauritius.
2. Submission of EOI
The EOI and all documentation in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “EOI for Consultancy Services for the preparation of the EIA/PER, Detail Design and Preparation of Complete Tender Dossier for the Construction of Cattle, Pig and Ovine Slaughterhouse in Mauritius - MOAIFS/Q194/2014/EOI” shall be deposited in the Tender Box of the MOAIFS or by courier (for overseas consultants) at the address indicated below, on or before Friday 26 December 2014 up to 11.00 hours (local time).

Electronic submission shall not be permitted. Late submission shall not be considered.
Proposal will be opened in the presence of the Consultant/Consultant’s representative who choose to attend at the address given above.
3. Further particulars on the assignment may be obtained from the Public Procurement Portal at publicprocurement.gov.mu
4. Any queries on the project may be addressed to Mr B.B.S. Lutchmeea at the above mentioned address and should be submitted not later than 7 days prior to the closing of this expression of interest exercise.
5. The Ministry of Agro Industry and Food Security reserves the right to accept or reject any interest expressed and to annul the whole Expression of Interest exercise without thereby incurring any liability whatsoever to any participant.
