Invitation for Bids (IFB)
1. The SADC Secretariat invites proposals for the: Tender for Interior Fit-Out and associated Works at Plot 116, SADC Satellite Office in Kgale. More details on the works and related services are provided in the attached Works Requirements.

PLEASE NOTE: Bidding documents are available and can be downloaded from the Website of the Southern African Development Community (SADC). The Website is www.sadc.int. Kindly also note that no fee is being charged for these bidding documents.
6. Bids clearly marked “Tender for Interior Fit-Out and associated Works at Plot 116, SADC Satellite Office in Kgale” must be delivered to: The Tender Box at the SADC Secretariat, Plot 54385, P/Bag 0095, CBD, Gaborone, Botswana on or before 15.00hrs Botswana Time on Friday 13 September 2013 and must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 1% of the Bid value required in Botswana Pula .
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend, immediately after the deadline for Bid Submission, which is 15.00 hrs Botswana Time on Friday 13 September 2013 at the SADC Secretariat, Plot 54385, Gaborone, Botswana. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
Please inform us, upon receipt of this Invitation to Bid (ITB), within maximum two (2) days:
(a) That you received the bidding documents; and
(b) Whether you will submit a proposal (if not, state the reasons).
