1. The Southern African Community (SADC) Secretariat has set aside funds for the operation of the Secretariat during the financial year 2019/20. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payments under the contract to engage a consulting firm to Profile the SADC Regional Aquaculture Value Chains.

2. The SADC Secretariat now invites sealed proposals from eligible and reputable firms interested to bid for the Assignment

5. Applications must be submitted to the address indicated in n the RFP document below, not later than the specified closing date and local time indicated below. Proposals received after this time and date, or submitted otherwise than indicated in the RFP Document shall not be considered and shall be returned unopened.
