Please refer to the Ministry's Invitation for Bids dated 14 July 2026, published on the e-Procurement System in respect of the above-mentioned procurement exercise and to Addendum No. 1 issued on 20 July 2026 regarding the extension of the bid submission deadline.
You are hereby informed that the closing date for submission of bids has been further extended as set out in the Key Activity Schedule online.
Bids must now be submitted online on the e-Procurement system at latest by 13:30 hours (Local Time) on Monday 21 September 2026 instead of Tuesday 25 August 2026.
Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as from 16:01 hours (Local Time) on Monday 21 September 2026 till 13:30 hours (Local Time) on Wednesday 23 September 2026.
Bids will be opened online as from 13:31 hours (Local Time) on Wednesday 23 September 2026.
