SADC Electoral Observation Mission (SEOM) to the General Election in the Republic of Mozambique on Friday 3rd October, 2014 met the National Elections Commission (CNE) to determine the preparedness for the holding of elections in Mozambique.
The Mozambique National Elections commission assured SEOM that all systems were in place for the general elections scheduled for 15th October, 2014.
