SADC Executive Secretary, H.E Dr. Stergomena Lawrence Tax joined millions of people world-wide who expressed their sympathy and condolences to Zambia’s First Lady, Mrs Sata following the passing on of the Zambian President, Michael Chilufya Sata. During the evening of 10th November, 2014, Dr. Tax visited and consoled the First lady and State House in Lusaka.
