The Ambassador of the Russian Federation, H.E Victor Sibilev has paid a courtesy call on SADC Executive Secretary, H.E Dr. Stergomena Lawrence Tax to discuss the strengthening of the Russia-SADC partnership. Ambassador Sibilev presented the Executive Secretary with an invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation for bilateral consultations between SADC and Russia envisaged to take place early next year in Moscow.
