SADC Executive Secretary, H.E Dr. Stergomena Lawrence Tax on 11th November, 2014 paid a courtesy call on the Acting President of the Republic of Zambia, H.E. Guy Scott to express SADC’s sympathy at the loss of Zambian President, Michael Chilufya Sata. Dr. Tax reassured the Acting President of SADC’s readiness to support Zambia in preparing and holding the Presidential by-elections as determined by the Zambian constitution.
