The Trade Related Facility (TRF) programme is established through a Contribution Agreement between the European Union (EU) and the Southern African Development Community (SADC), which was signed in July 2014. The major aim of the TRF is to strengthen the process of regional integration in SADC, enhance trade with the EU and strengthen the region’s trade competitiveness globally.
