This is the fifty-fifth issue in series since the launch of news releases on SADC HCPI initiative. It provides updates up to March 2016 on HCPI for SADC Member States. The SADC Region registered annual inflation rate of 9.9% in March 2016 compared to March 2015 as measured by the HCPI. Month on Month inflation rate registered an increase of 1.0% in March 2016 compared to February 2016.
