SADC Congratulatory message to H.E. Prof. Arthur Peter Mutharika on election as Malawi's 7th President

The Southern African Development Community (SADC) extends its congratulations to His Excellency Prof. Arthur Peter Mutharika on his election as the 7th President of the Republic of Malawi, and assuming the role of Chairperson of the SADC Organ on Politics, Defence and Security Cooperation.
