The Report of the Executive Secretary is for 2016/17, which is the second year of the Revised Regional Indicative Strategic Development Plan 2015-2020. The purpose of the report is to present a review of the main developments in the area of regional cooperation and integration in the SADC region for the period April 2016 to March 2017, although in some cases reference is also made up to July 2017.
