The Meeting of SADC Ministers responsible for Telecommunications, Postal and ICT was convened from 20th to 23rd May 2013 in Maseru, Lesotho, hosted by the Ministry of Communications, Science & Technology (MCST) of Lesotho. The Meeting was officially opened by Honourable Tseliso Mokhosi, Minister for Communications, Science & Technology of Lesotho and was attended by Honourable Ministers from SADC Member States.
