GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2015/2016

Following the approval of the SADC Secretariat’s Budget, we are issuing this notice to inform interested parties about the upcoming procurement opportunities within our organization.
For the fiscal year 2015/16, the SADC Secretariat has allocated for procurement of Framework Contract on Travel Management Services the following budget:

Specific Procurement Notices for contracts to be tendered, Invitation to Prequalify or Invitation to Register in the SADC Secretariat Database of Approved Suppliers will be announced, as they become available, on the following websites: SADC Secretariat www.sadc.int, UN Development Business :www.devbusiness.com/and DGMarket: www.dgmarket.com/
Procurement of contracts financed by the SADC Secretariat will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the SADC Secretariat Procurement Guidelines (current edition), and is open to all eligible bidders and applicants as defined in the guidelines and in the Specific Procurement Notices.
Interested eligible bidders and applicants who wish to be included on the mailing list to receive invitations to prequalify and bid and interested Individual Consultants who wish to receive requests for expressions of interest for SADC Secretariat financed contracts or those requiring additional information, shall contact the SADC Secretariat at the address below.
