Southern African Development Community (SADC) joins the rest of the world in commemorating International Women's Day in the spirit of this year's theme "Equal Rights, Equal Opportunities: Progress for All. 2010 marks the fifteen year landmark since the adoption of the Beijing Declaration and its Platform for Action, in 1995.
