In May 2006 The Southern African Development Community (SADC) and the African Development Fund (ADF) signed a grant agreement to the tune of 9,38 million Units of Account (UA) to fund the “Shared Watercourses Support Project for the Buzi, Ruvuma, and Save River Basins” over a four year period.
