Heavy rains cause flooding in several countries [11-01-2006]

The Regional Flood Watch is a product of the SADC Disaster Emergency Response Team. It is intended to provide decision-makers with a brief and timely summary of flooding within the region, rather than a comprehensive analysis. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this report, much of the information, data and analysis are based on second-hand reports and theoretical models, which require field confirmation.
